When you use our booking form, we collect your name, your pet's name, and the type of care you're asking about. We don't collect your email address — submitting the form opens WhatsApp with your details pre-filled, so the conversation happens there, not on our servers.

We use the information you share to respond to your enquiry, schedule appointments, and provide care for your pet. We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

WhatsApp and phone contact

Messages sent to us via WhatsApp or phone are handled according to WhatsApp's own privacy policy in addition to ours. We keep a record of these conversations to provide continuity of care for your pet.
